Internet Puppy scams
We are aware
that our logo and name (along with those of other companies) have been
used in a puppy delivery scam. People are being asked for money for the
transport of dogs as well as vaccination costs etc prior to the delivery
of dogs they have been promised over the internet. How do you tell the
real thing?

1 You contact us by phone or email with an enquiry or
for a quote.
2 Our customer service team provides a quote based on the
basic details.
3 You accept our quote.
4 Our customer service team confirms all the details with the
sender and receiver.
5 On the day of travel our driver contacts you ahead of time
to collect your pet.

Confirmation
If the quote is accepted our Customer service reps will contact both the
sender and receiver, seperately, to confirm the booking details. This
will include the following...
Finalising the dates and approximate times for the collection and
delivery.
Finalising the location of the collection and delivery (check here for
details of our collection points).
Discussing payment options.
Discussing specific details regarding the animal/s and any special
requirements they may have.
The relevant drivers contact details.
Driver contact and timing
Please note our driver will contact each party on the day, ahead of
time, with exact times for collection and delivery. Don't forget that
the times will vary due to unforeseen issues like accidents, bad weather
or road closures but our drivers will always endeavour to collect and
deliver your pets at a reasonable time, as close as possible to the
original estimated time and will relay any time changes to you ahead of
time.
